We normally process and ship orders placed on our website within 24 business hours (no shipments go out on Saturday & Sunday or Holidays) from the time your order is received for in-stock items.

If an item is currently out of stock or on backorder and not expected to be back in stock within your requested time frame, we will send an email (to the email address given with the order) and provide the customer with his/her alternatives such as partial ship, backorder, etc.

Custom products, such as name tapes, flight badges, etc., usually take longer. See the individual product description for estimated production times.

We can ship to all 50 states including Alaska & Hawaii.  We also ship to all Military APOs & FPOs, as well as Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
